Due to Covid-19, we have new procedures in place until further notice:

 

• You must come to the clinic by appointment only. Please call us at (819) 573-2000, leave a message and we will call you back within minutes.

 

• Only the person with an appointment can enter the clinic, we accept companions who can justify their presence.

 

• Wearing a mask is mandatory as well as hand disinfection when entering the clinic. You will need to sign the Covid-19 form to ensure that you have no symptoms and/or test positive for Covid-19.

 

• If you already have an appointment and you suddenly show symptoms or test positive, please call us and we will find a solution for the appointments already scheduled.
